This association is an organization of members, with and without disabilities, involved in a private, nonprofit development. D.A.D focuses on social, cultural, and educational aspects of its members along with humanitarian, social assistance and integral development of the population.

D.A.D aims to implement productive projects that allow better quality of life and to promote the organization to solve common problems and needs whilst promoting ethical, moral and scientific values.

The realization of training programs through workshops and other informative programs play a role in carrying out cultural and recreational activities, conducting public events connected to disabilities and other related issues

All programs developed will be focused on breaking the paradigm, created by society, that a person with disabilities cannot fully develop and be self-sufficient.
